The ABCA mattress and pillowtop has been designed by ABCTM practitioners to support the alignment of the body.
Your first pillowtop is included in your original Mattress purchase. The product options below are for those who wish to change firmness or renew their pillowtop over time.
The 3rd generation ABCA Mattress has the ability to unzip the pillowtop cover and interchange the foam to suit both you, your partner, and your health journey. We recommend the Super Firm option, however are confident in the support of the spring system and for the first time have opened up the option to choose between a Super Firm, Firm, Medium or Soft split pillowtop, allowing ABC patients and their partners to customise the firmness on each side.
Please note only Queen and King size mattresses can be made with split foam (different firmness on each side). If you would like to order a complete pillowtop foam replacement for any other sizes, please email us.

- the pillowtop is specifically designed for use with an existing ABCA Mattress only
- the mattress pictured is a queen size mattress
- base and accessories shown in image are not included in the purchase price
- the Super Firm Pillow Top is our recommended option for best support

Delivery details:
- the mattress pillowtop is manufactured to order in Victoria and can take approximately 4 weeks to produce
- once production is complete, delivery timeframe is 2-4 weeks depending on location
